Team Gifts

The coach package is available at Tournament Headquarters that corresponds with your teams first game, you should sign your team in prior to your first game or just after to ensure you pick up your team package.

• If your Teams First Game is at Mary Butterworth, Bishop Savaryn or Lorelei Beaumaris or Beaumaris Park, you will pick up your team package at Lorelei Beaumaris community league at 16220 103 Street.
• If your Teams First Game is at Archbishop O'Leary, Queen Elizaberth, Kildare, ME Lazert, John Barnett you will pick up your team package at Kilkenny Community League at 14940 72 Street

Coach pick up and team sign in will be from Friday June 7th at 6pm - 9pm and Saturday June 8th from 9am-3pm.

We ask that all teams check in and pick up coach packages prior to 3pm on Saturday June 8th

The coach package will include a coupon for each player for a free Jr Dog & pop which can be redeemed on Saturday or Sunday at the Fat Franks Hot Dog Cart , There will be one set up at Kilkenny Community League and another at Lorelei Beaumaris Community League. There will also be other coupons from our sponsors included in the team package as well.

Team Medals

Gold, Silver & Bronze medals will be awarded to the top three teams in each group for all U9 - U19 Teams. The medals will be presented after the last game in the group has been played and scores have been confirmed by the tournament organizers. Medals will be handed out at the two tournament locations, your medal location will be decided by the location of your final game. See below:

• If your Teams Final Game is at Mary Butterworth, Bishop Savaryn or Lorelei Beaumaris or Beaumaris Park, you will pick up your team package at Lorelei Beaumaris community league at 16220 103 Street.
• If your Teams Final Game is at Archbishop O'Leary, Queen Elizabeth, Kildare, ME Lazert, John Barnett you will pick up your team package at Kilkenny Community League at 14940 72 Street
• U7 Community teams will all receive participation medals after their final game. Medals will be handed out at the Tournament Festival At Lorelei Beaumaris fields.
